Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For Mothers 1.Primi gravida at third trimester 2.Absence of any maternal complications. 3.Those who are willing to participate. 4.Those who having access to smartphone For Infants 1.Normal Birth weight 2.Full Term 3.Absence of any birth complications or congenital abnormalities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For Mothers 1.Second & third gravida. 2.Presence of any maternal complications. 3.Those who are not willing to participate. 4.Those who are not having access to smartphone For Infants 1.Low birth weight 2.Pre term baby 3.Presence of any complications or congenital abnormalities

Imparting Nutrition Education among Rural pregnant mother. The improvement in knowledge on breastfeeding and complementary feeding practices (Outcome) will be assessed at baseline.Timepoint: Imparting Nutrition Education among Rural pregnant mother.
