Inclusion criteria: 1. patients having the textual sign and symptoms of vruddhavastha like balhani, utshaha hani, ayasen shwas, lakshnas of vat vruddhi mentioned in ashtang hruday 11/06 sutrasthan 2. willing patients and ready to give informed consent 3. economic status- all

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with diabetes and cardiovascular diseases, traumatic, infective,neoplastic spine pulonary oedema and MI 2.Patients having any aneorectal pathology 3. below age 60yrs and above 100yrs 4. malignancy, uncontroled HTN 5. not willing for trial and consent
