Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients from the age group of 10–40 years 2 Patients having fever (less than 100-degree Fahrenheit), sore throat, chronic irritation in throat with cough, bad taste in mouth, halitosis, thick speech, difficulty in swallowing will be included for the present clinical trial. 3 Selection will be irrespective of Gender, religion & socio-economic class.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients who is not willing for the trial. 2 Patients having any uncontrolled systemic disorder will be excluded. 3 Fever more than 100-degree Fahrenheit will be excluded

To compare the effect of Modified form of Patoladi Kashay kavala & Madhu Hareetaki in the management of Tundikeri in comparison with Conventional method of Patoladi Kashaya kavala & Madhu Hareetaki along with Amruthotharam kashayam (for systemic relief) in the management of galashundika.Timepoint: 8th day & 14th day	—
