Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having signs and symptoms of achilles tendinitis such as pain ,tenderness. Positive RLH Test Positive ARC Test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Calcaneal spur Plantar fasciities Dislocation and fracture of ankle joint. Diagnosed systemic disorders - uncontrolled diabetes mellitus,rheumatoid arthritis

Reducing the pain in Achilles tendinitisTimepoint: Assessment is done on 1st day before and after agnikarma.Follow up on 7th 14th and 21 st day
