Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients irrespective of any gender between the age group of 21 to 60 years Presence of signs and symptoms of sthoulya BMI between 25 to 40 kg per meter square Corpulence index greater than or equal to 12 kg per meter cube

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 21 and above 60 years of age Pregnancy and lactating women Patients with unstable cardiovascular cerebrovascular kidney failure and other critical condition Under Corticosteroid therapy

Signs and symptoms of sthoulya and medodushti BMI HWR Skin fold thickness assessed by scoring at baseline and at the end of intervention Timepoint: 60 days
