Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with signs and symptoms of Ekakushta eg Aswedanam Mahavastum, Matsyashaklopamam

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pateints under group 20 and above age group of 60. Refusal to give informed consent. Subjects having known chronic, contagious infections disease,such as active tuberrculosis, hep b or c or patients taking immunosuppressive drugs. Patients under any other treatment trial. Pregnant and lactating women.
