Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients belonging to the age group of 20-60 years 2. Diagnosed cases of Gridhrasi (Sciatica) 3. Patients having classical symptoms of Gridhrasi 4. Patients having Positive SLR test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below 20 years or above 60 years. 2. Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension. 3. T.B. of spine and hip joint. 4. Malignancy of spine or other organs. 5. History of spine fracture (trauma). 6. anaemic patient having Hb less than 8 gm/dl 7. pregnancy 8.any other severe illness
