Intervention1: DAPAGLIFLOZIN GLIMEPRIDE METFORMIN ATORVASTATIN: Patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus and dyslipidemia advised to take tab dapagliflozin 10mg once in morning with standard drugs tab

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes having disease duration of more than 2 years Patients having HbA1C value of more than 8 % Patients undergoing treatment with oral anti diabetic drugs metformin 500mg, glimepiride 1 mg twice a day Patients having dyslipidemia and on statin therapy Patients who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on insulin therapy Previously on treatment with T. Dapagliflozin Patients with blood pressure less than 110/70 mmHg Patient having more frequency of UTI Patients with benign prostate hypertrophy Pregnancy and lactation Patients with chronic kidney disease Patients with chronic liver disease.
