Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females aged 18-25 years. No prior experience with Agnihotra or similar practices. Willingness to adhere to the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed cognitive impairments or psychiatric disorders. Use of medications affecting cognitive function. Participation in other cognitive enhancement studies.
