Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged- 18 years to 60 years will be included in this study. 2. Patients who are suffering from Primary Haemorrhoids will be included. 3. Mridu, Prastruta, Avagadha, and Uchritani soft, deep-seated, and elevated Haemorrhoid)types of Arsha will be included.8 4. Patients who are indicated for pratisarana khara karma. (Su. Su.11/7)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 18 years and more than 60 years will be excluded. 2. Patients other than primary Haemorrhoids will be excluded. 3. Patients having Acute Bleeding with Haemorrhoid will be excluded. 4. Patients having rectal prolapse will be excluded. 5. Haemorrhoids associated with fissure and Fistula-in-ano will be excluded. 6. Patient having uncontrolled HTN Systolic more than 150mm/Hg, Diastolic BP more than 90 mm/Hg, DM RBS More than 200mg/dl and cardiac disorders will be excluded. 7. Subjects with congenital anomalies, localized infection, Inflammatory bowel disease with polyps will be excluded. 8. Malignancy cases of any organ will be excluded. 9. Pregnant women. 10. Hepatitis B, Tuberculosis, HIV & VDRL positive cases will be excluded. 11. Patients who are contra-indicated for pratisarana khara karma.(Su. Su.11/28)

The primary outcome of this study is to assess the efficacy of Karanja Kshara and Sclerotherapy in reducing the symptoms and severity of 2nd-degree hemorrhoids. This will be measured by the reduction in hemorrhoid severity score, which includes parameters such as pain, bleeding, and prolapse, using a standardized scoring system.Timepoint: Baseline, Day 15, Day 30
