Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective tetralogy of repair surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having contraindications to insertion of TEE transducer 2. Patients having poor TTE window 3. Pericardial disease 4. Pulmonary atresia 5. MAPCA 6. Preexisting RV or LV dysfunction 7. Preoperative Ventilation 8. Emergency Surgery

MeasureTime frame
To assess whether preoperative or early postoperative RV function as assessed by 2D strain pattern predict postoperative morbidity, mortality & ICU length of stayTimepoint: 180 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To study pattern of RV & LV systolic & diastolic function using conventional Echocardiography & 2D- Strain during Perioperative period and its relation with age at Surgery.Timepoint: 180 days
