Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Events related to CAUTI involving nurses working in intensive care unit with more than 6 months of experience involved in regular patient care. 2. Events related to nurses who will be available in the particular shift at the time of data collection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Events related to CAUTI involving nurses caring patients facing cardio pulmonary emergency
