Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Pediatric oncologists currently practicing in corporate and non-corporate settings in India. 2 Minimum of two years of experience in providing care for children with cancer. 3 Willingness to participate in semi-structured interviews exploring psychological experiences in pediatric oncology practice. 4 Fluent in English or the language of the interview.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pediatric oncologists who do not currently provide care for children with cancer. 2 Pediatric oncologists practicing outside of India. 3 Less than two years of experience in pediatric oncology practice. 4 Unwillingness to participate in semi-structured interviews exploring psychological experiences. 5 Inability to communicate effectively in English or the language of the interview.
