Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Married non-pregnant and unmarried. Diagnosed cases of secondary amenorrhea, persisting amenorrhea after treatment. PCO, hypothyroid state.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: female Age below 18 and above 40 years Women with contraindications for either treatment such as active bleeding disorders. Pregnant and lactating women. Uncontrolled DM and HTN Known cases of Adrenal factors, Adenomas, Severe Anemia less than Eight grams Absent secondary sexual characters.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Rate of menstrual cycle restoration done by arbitary scale of menses restoration assessment menstrual cycle characterstics questionaire. Timepoint: 0th day,30th day,60th day,90th day.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
menstrual regularisation. changes in hormal profile and usg will be measured.Timepoint: 3 consecutive cycles of intervention and more.
