Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria which are based on signs and symptoms of TTH. Headache disability index score 10-48. .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic ailments Patients presented with other types of headache like migraine cluster headache sinus headache neuralgia. Patients contraindicated for shirodhara Pregnant and lactating women
