Inclusion criteria: player of both gender within the age group of 16-25 years. players with less than 3 years of experience in badminton. players who want to initiate/ or want to play badminton as profession in future

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: players, having history of physical trauma. having any musculoskeletal disease or disorder. having cardiovascular, neurological, and cognitive disorders. Professional Sports Players.
