Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 to 65 years scheduled for elective lower abdominal or lower extremity surgeries 2.American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Hypersensitivity to Local Anaesthetics or Opioids 2.Cardiac dysfunction 3.Respiratory Disease 4.Coagulation Disorders 5.Pregnancy 6.Inability to Provide Informed Consent 7.ASA Physical Status III or higher
