Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18-26 years 2. Both males and females 3. Full range of motion of hand, elbow, and shoulder 4. Those who are able to take at least 5. Five continue underarm catches from 2-meter distance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurological condition that affects balance and co-ordination 2. Abnormal gait deviation 3. Subject using assistive devices 4. Limb length discrepancy 5. Subject with visual impairment
