Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age above 40 years Patient consenting for trial Patient not responding to maximum medical therapy or conventional surgical therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 40 year Silicone oil filled eyes Patient not consenting for trial Patient with corneal or scleral pathologies
