Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Married woman aged 21-45 years Secondary Amenorrhea Low, high, normal FSH level and LH level Hypothyroidism, Increased Prolactin levels
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy HIV, HBsAg, VDRL positive patients Diagnosed case of HTN, Diabetes Mellitus Anatomical abnormalities

| Restoration of Menstrual Cycle: The primary outcome will be the proportion of participants who experience the restoration of their menstrual cycle within a specified period (e.g., 3 months) of initiating treatment with Ikshvakubeejadi Yonivarti.
