Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients from age of 16 to 60 years Patients having sign and symptoms of Gout Patients having serum uric acid level more than 7mg/dL in males and 6mg/dL in females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having age below 18 years and age more than 60 years Patients with chronic systemic disorders which interferes with present study Patient with autoimmmune diseases Patient with osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis Pregnancy Patients with serious medical illness and psychiatric illness
