Intervention1: Habb e Surkhbada, Paste of Sang e Jarahat and Murdaar Sang with Roghan e Babchi: Habb e Surkhbada: 1-2 pill(s) twice daily orally and paste of Sang e Jarahat and Murdaar Sang with Rogha

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. PASI (Psoriasis Area and Severity Index) score more than 10 2. PGA (Physicians Global Assessment) score: 3–4. 3. BSA is more than 10%. 4. A clinically stable patient. 5. Patients up to 15 years of age. 6. Patients of either sex. 7. Patients are not on any concomitant therapy. 8. Patients who have left the treatment at least 2 months ago. 9. The patient or guardian agreed and signed the written consent proforma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Doubtful cases of childhood psoriasis. 2. Childhood psoriasis with secondary infection. 3. Immunocompromised patients. 4. Patients above the age of 15 years.

Improvement in PASI SCORE, PGA SCORE, BSA involvedTimepoint: Monthly assessment for 6 months +2 months follow up.
