Intervention1: Group A: Asl-us-Soos (Glycyrrhiza glabra Linn.): Patients of Group A will be given 3gm of licorice root powder per day in capsule form in three divided doses for a period of 90 days. E

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PCOS diagnosed based on modified Rotterdam criteria. Elevated LH/FSH ratio (greater than 2:1). Women within the age group 18-35 years (Both married and unmarried).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with adrenal and androgen-producing ovarian tumors. 2. Women with cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, and other neoplastic disorders. 3. Women with diabetes, adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing syndrome, and adverse drug reactions. 4. Pregnant women
