Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.Healthy , Non- smoking adults / children 2. Did the subject meet all eligibility criteria for being healthy adult/ Child as per PI’s Opinion?
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Current smokers or past smokers will be excluded. Persons who were exposed to second-hand smoke as children will be excluded. Persons with a history of pulmonary or cardiac disease, current wheezing, breathlessness, cough, phlegm production, hyperresponsive airways or having had a respiratory tract infection in the past 6 weeks will all be excluded from the study. Contraindications to performing spirometry not related to lung health will also exclude a subject from participation: Active cardiac ischemia / myocardial infarction / angina; Ascending aortic aneurysm; Recent ( 200 mmHg or diastolic >120 mmHg). Any other condition which the examining physician considers putting the subject at risk is a ground for exclusion from the study. Subjects who are unable to perform either spirometry or oscillometry will also be excluded.
