Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient presenting with classical signs and symptoms of pakshagata Already diagnosed cases of hemiparesis and hemiplegia GCS above 13 Patients who doesnt give consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Haemorrhage disorders. T1DM and systemic complication. Comatose and unconscious patients Space occupying lesions of brain such as Malignant and Benign tumors GCS below 13 Patient who does not give consent form
