Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants who are planned to undergo ksharasuthra therapy in low anal fistula of length up to 8cm Participants with positive swab test in pus culture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known cases of AIDS VDRL tuberculosis CA rectum uncontrolled diabetes crohns disease ulcerative colitis High anal and complex fistula in ano Participants who are taking other systems of medications for fistula in ano
