Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Fasting Blood Sugar =126 mg/dl-= 200mg/dl 2. 2HR Plasma Glucose (2PG) = 200 mg/dl - =300 mg /dl 3. HbA1c =6.5 TO = 8 4. Those who have not taken antidiabetic drugs after diagnosis/ discontinued the medication in the past 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fasting blood sugar (FBS) = 200mg/dl 2. Known cases of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with comorbidities 3. Pregnant & lactating Women. 4. Known Alcoholic patients.
