Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients Having complaints of lower back pain coming in the OPD and IPD of Panchakarma. Patients who are willing to participate. Patients who are capable to do asanas and pranayama

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 25yrs. and above 65yrs.Pregnant women. Patients having some mental disorder. Patients who are suffering from some serious disease- Cancer, Back Fracture, AIDS, Surgery, Poliomyelitis etc.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Relief in signs and symptoms: Pain, Stiffness, Numbness, Tenderness in lower back area. reduction in grading of symptoms and in assessment of pain on VAS scaleTimepoint: Patient will be assessed on every 15th,30th and on 45th day.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Relief in signs and symptoms of patient.Timepoint: After 15th day, 30th day and 45th day there should be reduction in grading of symptoms.
