Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age group 60-75 yr irrespective of race, age, gender, religion and caste. Patients of Age related cognitive decline with MoCA score less than 26 (assessed using the MoCA scale) Individuals with a percentile memory range upto P40 (assessed using the PGI memory scale) Individuals who will be willing to give written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any surgical intervention to brain Any psychological disorders Other co-morbidities
