Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with pain who have undergone anorectal surgical or Para surgical procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Rectal carcinoma, Uncontrolled systemic diseases, Diagnosed cases of HIV/HBsAg, Pregnancy and lactation, Subjects showing unwillingness to give the written consent, Anorectal bleeding.
