Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective surgery under General anaesthesia where Laryngeal Mask Airway can be used
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal to enrol in the study. 2.Pregnant patients 3.Patients with high risk of regurgitation; h/o GERD, hiatus hernia. 4.Patients with potential difficult airway; Mouth opening 2 fingers, edentulous patients, limited neck extension, cervical spine pathology and obesity (BMI greater than 30Kg/M2) 5.Patients with h/o COPD or other pulmonary pathologies.
