Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with co-morbid illnesses that might affect muscle mass, such as chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease, malignancy, congestive heart failure, COPD, neuromuscular disorders, and diabetes mellitus will be excluded.
