Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of child-bearing age (20-40years) with active marital life of 1 year or more. Having complaint of failure to conceive with one/both fallopian tube blocked. Tubal Blockage Diagnosed by H.S.G./S.S.G./Laparoscopy. Patients having primary and secondary infertility both will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients having age group below 20 years & above 40 years. Patients having any acute pelvic infection, Congenital anomalies of vulva, vagina, cervix, uterus and fallopian tube. Malignancy of genital tract. Any previous surgical operation of cervix which leads difficulty in procedure. HIV, HBsAg, Anti- HCV positive patients and history of Active Genital herpes. Patients having Sexually Transmitted Disease. Patients having active Vulvo-vaginitis. Patients with history of systemic diseases like Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus, Congestive cardiac failure etc. Patients with Coagulopathic disorders. Patients with history of recent abortion. Patients with active genital tuberculosis. Bleeding from the cervical polyp, cervical fibroid and cervical erosion. IUCD in utero, pelvic endometriosis. Any obvious pelvic pathology like fibroid uterus and Adenomyosis etc.
