Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i.) Patients willing for the consent. ii.) Patients of ages between 16-80 years of both sexes. iii.) Patients having Fissure-in-ano with or without tag. iv.) Patients having clinical features of acute or chronic Fissure-in-ano.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i.) Patients suffering with systemic disorders like Tuberculosis, HIV Positive, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C. ii.) Known cases of Malignancy, Crohn’s disease, Ulcerative colitis will be excluded. iii.) Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus. iv.) Patient age less than 16 years and more than 80 years.
