Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •All patients coming to ENT OPD with symptoms of nasal obstruction due to significant DNS in the age group of 12-65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Patients whose symptoms of nasal obstruction is due to nasal polyps •Patients whose symptoms of nasal obstruction is due to mass/ tumour in the nasal cavity •Patients whose symptoms of nasal obstruction is due to active allergic rhinitis •Patients who are not willing to participate in the study

•To compare Rhinomanometry findings (objective parameter)with clinical symptoms (NOSE score) (subjective parameter) in DNS patients pre and post septoplastyTimepoint: Preoperative, 3 months post operatively
