Inclusion criteria: Actively participating in the competition for atleast for 6 month Professional kabaddi players including national and state level players for the past 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: District level players History of any surgery on lower limb in the last 6 months Any injury /surgery to the lower limb within 6 months
