Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age Between 18 TO 70 Years. Either Gender. All the subjects are to be selected from the out patient Department(OPD) and Inpatient Department(IPD) having Co-Morbidity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients aged below 18 and above 70 years. Patients diagnosed with only one medical condition or disease. Pregnant Women.
