Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female Patients of twenty to forty years Patient not being able to get pregnant after having one year of unprotected sex Primary and secondary types of infertile patients have an Anovulatory cycle or with immature ovarian follicles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Female Patients have an age of less than twenty years and more than forty years Congenital deformities and infectious diseases of the reproductive tract like tuberculosis Sexually transmitted diseases and carcinoma Chronic systemic diseases like Uncontrolled Diabetes greater than 200 mgdl Uncontrolled Hypertension greater than 140/90 mmhg HIV etc Patient with KCO Tubal blockage Patient with endocrinal disorders Thyroid CAH Cushing syndrome Hyperprolactinemia
