Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having fissure in ano for more than 6 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: not suitable for anesthesia; contraindicated for kshara karma; structural abnormalities/malformations on rectum and anal canal; below 18 & above 60 year age; malignancy of any organ; HIV, VDRL, Hepatitis-B, and T.B.; associated with piles & fistula and papilla; multiple fissure-in-ano; uncontrolled HTN and DM
