Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study includes all the students 1. between the age of 15 and 19 years 2. who have attained menarche 3. from urban and rural background 4. whose parents give their consent in writing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The study excludes students who are: 1. not available at the time of study 2. not cooperative for the study
