Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those fulfilling ICD 11 diagnostic criteria for Mixed Anxiety and Depressive Disorder 2. Age group between 18 – 50 years 3. No discrimination of gender, religion and economic status 4. Those providing written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other Psychiatric illness or on psychiatric medication 2. Pregnant women and lactating mothers 3. Diagnosed cases of Coronary Artery Disease, Chronic Liver Disease, Renal disorder
