Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18 – 35 years, Gender – both male and female, Healthy participants who are willing to give their consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with spinal injuries, Participants with psychiatric illness, Participants with systemic illness, Participants with surgical history, Pregnancy and mensuration, Congenital comorbidities, Regular practising Yoga, Participants with hernia.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The subject will be advised to rest for 5 minutes in a supine position on a couch. The lead II ECG will be recorded by using an analog ECG amplifier & converting it to digital using the sound card inside the computer.Timepoint: Assessment will take immediately 5 minutes before & after the intervention.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Diastolic and systolic blood pressures were measured after HRV in a lying position as an average of 3 readings on the right arm with an automated blood pressure unit (automated Omron sphygmomanometer).Timepoint: Assessment will take immediately 5 minutes before & after the intervention.
