Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I and II BMI less than 35 kg/m2 Patients consenting for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to Study drugs 2. On opioids or any other analgesics for chronic pain 3. H/o Neurological deficits 4. Coagulopathy/Bleeding disorder 5. Chest wall/spine deformity 6. Skin infection at needle puncture site 7. Patients who couldn’t understand the QoR questionnaire

1. Total postoperative analgesia consumption 2. Post-operative duration of Analgesia 3. Post-operative pain scoring using VAS score at rest & mobility 4. Hemodynamics 5. Safety & Side effects of the drugsTimepoint: Till 24 hours.
