Intervention1: ERECTOR SPINAE PLANE BLOCK: Ultrasound guided ERECTOR SPINAE PLANE BLOCK given using drug according to the three groups prior to induction of General Anaesthesia Control Intervention1:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I and II BMI less than 35 kg/m2 Patients consenting for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to Study drugs 2. On opioids or any other analgesics for chronic pain 3. H/o Neurological deficits 4. Coagulopathy/Bleeding disorder 5. Chest wall/spine deformity 6. Skin infection at needle puncture site 7. Patients who couldn’t understand the QoR questionnaire
