Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with sadhya lakshanas of swithra (Twak swethata, kandu, daha, roma vivarnata) 2.Patients with lesions of normal sensation of touch.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Burns and traumatic incidents are excluded. Lesions over genitals lips and mucosal memberanes are excluded. Malignant melanoma, Albinism are excluded. Patients having lesions more than seven years Patients with other disease like SLE,Pernicious anaemia.
