Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients are selected irrespective of gender within the age group of 18-60 years. Patients with scar or pigmentation of skin after wound healing. Post operative scar. Size of the scar measuring up to 25sq cm. Burn injury. Extended scar (stretch marks).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pateints less than 18 years and above 60 years. Malignancy. Patients suffering from skin disease like leucoderma, leprosy excluded. Pateints suffering from Hypertrophic scar with viral infection HIV, STD, Hinsah,HCV.

Improvement in pigmentation and vascularity of affected areaTimepoint: After analysing all the parameters the result will be assessed on the basis of symptomatic relief and improvement. Partially improvement after 9 days- patients get 40-60 percent relief from sign and symptoms. Improvement after 18 days- patient get 60-80 percent relief from sign and symptoms. Cured after 28 days- Patient get 80-100 percent relief from sign and symptoms	—
