Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both married and unmarried female patients of age 17- 35 years Patients suffering from Aravakshaya for at least 2 consecutive cycles Interval of menstruation grater than 35days Duration less than 2days Quantity of bleeding less than 2pads/days Rotterdam Revised criteria for PCOS 2003 any 2 out of 3 criteria Oligo and/or Anovulation Hyperandrogenism clinical or biochemical PCO diagnosed by USG grater than 12 follicles in an ovary each of 2 to 9 mm in size ovarian volume grater than10cm3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women Diseases like Congenital adrenal hyperplasia Cushing syndrome hyperprolactinemia or any other pelvic pathology Thyroid dysfunction Chronic systemic disease like Uncontrolled Hypertension grater than 150/90mmHg Uncontrolled Diabetes RBS grater than 150 mg/dl Carcinoma and Congenital deformities Any infectious disease of the reproductive tract like TB or HIV Hb grater than 7gm/dl DUB Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding and Menorrhagia Women of age below 17 and above 35 years Women taking Oral Contraceptive Pills
