Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.participants satisfying the case definition 2.participants in the age group 15-60 years of both sexes
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.cases have taking treatment for severe systemic diseases like coronary artery diseases, chronic kidney disease. 2.Status asthmaticus 3. Patients with immune deficiency diseases like AIDS, cancer etc 4. Pregnant and lactating mother
