Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 to 60 years. Both male and female. Patients under single drug or two-drug combination. Patients who are willing to participate in the study. Moderate hypertensive (systolic 140–179 mmHg) and (diastolic 90–109 mmHg) (2017 AHA guidelines)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Diabetes mellitus, coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmia, rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease, and other significant systemic (renal, hepatic, pulmonary, neurological and, psychiatric) diseases or complications, Those who were practising yoga regularly for more than one month, Women during pregnancy and menstruation, Hypertensive patients with Blood Pressure beyond Moderate hypertension (2017 AHA guidelines).

| Dynamic Pupillometry will assess the pupillary light reflex post 5 minutes of dark adaptation. Parameters such as reflex latency (RL), minimum pupil diameter (MPD), baseline pupil diameter (BPD), maximum constriction velocity (MCV), maximum redilation velocity (MRV), absolute constriction amplitude (ACA), absolute dilation amplitude (ADA), duration of constriction (DC), and duration of dilation (DD) will be analyzed.
