Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pain in groin region,radiating towards groin. 2.Age 18-60 year. 3.Both male and female patient. 4.Stone size up to 10mm. 5.Radiographic/USG evidence of stone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Renal failure. 2.Case of immediate surgical intervention. 3.Severe heamaturia. 4.Stone more than 10mm. 5.Patient of carcinoma. 6.Pregnant female patient. 7.Patient associated with complication like pyonephrosis,glomerulonephritis,chronic renal failure. 8.Patient sukrashmari. 9.HIV,HBSag,HCV patients. 10.DM Type2 patient.

Measure	Time frame
To establish a safer and better treatment of mootrashmari and to reduce the recurrence of mootrashmari. Timepoint: After analysing all the parameters the result wil be assessed on the basis of symptomatic relief and Investigation improvement Fair recovary in 1 week improvement in clinical features 31 to 60 percent Good recovary improvement after 1 week in clinical features 61 to 90 percent complete recovary after 2 weeks improvement in clinical features more than 90 percent	—
