Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women who are between Age- 18-25 years Menstrual cycle between 25 to 40 days Who are willing to participate in the studies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosis of pelvic disease, gynaecological disease, surgery or secondary dysmenorrhea Chronic diseases such as diabetes, renal disease or cardiovascular disease Addictions like smoking Under medications for dysmenorrhea
